Will Smith vs Chris Rock at the Oscars. I find it amazing that these were the first words uttered by Chris Rock after composing himself having just been slapped in front of the world. I did this drawing shortly afterwards. A sad indictment of where we are when this is the “Greatest night in the history of television”
The use of the word ‘Greatest’ seems especially apt given Smith was nominated for Best Actor in 2001 for his portrayal of boxing Heavyweight Champion Mohamed Ali.
